Coming From a Latin/ American Culture It all began when I was in high school; back in 2011, I'd never thought I would grow some interest being in the kitchen. Eventually my hobby turned into passion. After competing in kitchen tournaments I knew i wanted to go to cooking school. So I enrolled to Le Cordon Bleu. Since then I've been developing my career, having hotel, restaurant, and catering experience and working with elderly at a senior living home, being privileged to have work at a 5 star property in fine dining Beverly Hills. eventually there comes a time in life where we have to spread our wings and fly, and this is my turn to bring my Latin/ American culture to the table. With a touch of "Dexie" is what I want my customers to remember when they take a bite of food or pastry dishes I can make.
